Group Classes
General enrollment requirements for ALL of our group classes:
-All dogs need to be current on Distemper/ Parvovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccination and must show proof before bringing the dog to class.
-Dogs must be relatively well behaved in a group setting. Minimal barking and pulling towards dogs or people at their first session is to be expected but no growling or lunging at other dogs. Do you have a Reactive Rover? You may want to check our Reactive Rover webinar!
-Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for classes once your class has started. We can offer full refund or credit toward a future class if notice is given at least 3 business days before the class begins.

Puppy and Level One Manners$155
1 Video Orientation + 6 weeks of class Enrollment Requirements: -Puppies need to have at least 2 of their 3 rounds of Distemper/ Parvovirus Vaccinations and a Bordetella Vaccination. Rabies is NOT required until age appropriate for your puppy as deemed by your veterinarian. -See above for adult dog (6 months or older) vaccination requirements. -Most puppies have the necessary shots by 10-12 weeks old, which a PERFECT time to get into class. -Be sure to read the General Enrollment requirements at the top of this page! Curriculum: Learn right along with your beginner dog or puppy as they build important life skills such as: Focus, Sit, Down, Stay, Come When Called, Leave it, Settle on a Mat, Wait at doorways, Focused leash walking, Greeting guests and more! Did you know? Puppies have a critical socialization window which varies puppy to puppy but typically falls between 6 weeks-16 weeks. This is the period that positive experiences make a well adjusted adult dog and negative experiences can cause life long associations. So get your dog out and socializing in a controlled environment where their first experiences will be happy! Introduction to Rally$155
6 weeks of class Enrollment Requirements: -Does your dog have previous group training experience? -Can they settle on a mat? -Do they know sit, down, and stay? Then your dog may be ready for Introduction to Rally Class! -Be sure to read the General Enrollment requirements at the top of this page! Curriculum: In this class, we will introduce you and your dog to the world of Rally! We will work on the foundations skills necessary to perform the Novice Level Rally signs, including: -Focus -Heads up heeling -Sit and Down in Heel position -Stay -Front Position We will also teach handlers how to read the Novice level Rally signs so they can run a course with their dog! Introduction to Scent Work$155
6 weeks of class Enrollment Requirements: -Does your dog have previous group training experience? -Dogs must be able to Settle in a crate when it is not their turn to search -Dogs need to enjoy using their nose! (What dog doesn't?!) Then your dog may be ready for Introduction to Scent Work Class! -Be sure to read the General Enrollment requirements at the top of this page! Curriculum: In this class, we will introduce you and your dog to the world of Scent Work! During this class, we will introduce dogs to a target odor (typically, Birch essential oil), build value in that target odor, and ask dogs to complete container searches picking the target odor over other distractions such as food and toys! We also start building the skills needed for Level Two Scent Work, like games to help them build their skills at "sourcing" odor. Introduction to Agility$155
6 weeks of class Enrollment Requirements: -Does your dog have previous group training experience? -Is your dog at least 10 months old? -Dogs should be able to focus on their handler even with other dogs running, jumping, and climbing in close proximity. -Are they able to perform the following behaviors 80% of the time when asked in a group setting? -Settle on a mat quietly -Sit and Lay Down Then your dog may be ready for Introduction to Agility Class! -Be sure to read the General Enrollment requirements at the top of this page! Curriculum: In this class dogs will be introduced to Agility equipment in a positive and fun way! Dogs will learn how to do the following Agility foundation skills and equipment: Front and Rear crosses Out and Here cues Switches Hoops Barrels Tunnel A-frame Dog Walk Bar Jump Weave Poles |

Introduction to Cooperative Care$155
6 weeks of class Enrollment Requirements: -Be sure to read the General Enrollment requirements at the top of this page! Curriculum: One of the best things we can do for our dog is to help make the care necessary for his health and well-being as stress free and familiar as possible! In this class we will teach our dogs behaviors to not only tolerate but cooperate in their husbandry needs such as chin rests, handling restraint, examining ears, eyes, feet, and teeth, simulating injections and medication administering, accepting brushing and much more! |
AKC Trick Dog Title Classes$155
6 weeks of class Enrollment Requirements: -Does your dog have previous group training experience? Dogs should have completed Puppy and Level One Manners or have equivalent knowledge to enroll. -Be sure to read the General Enrollment requirements at the top of this page! Curriculum: In this class, we will focus on preparing for the American Kennel Club's Trick dog titles! Some of the Novice trick dog title tricks include: -Crawl -Fetch -Find it -Touch -Spin -Shake Dogs must perform 10 tricks to earn their title (if they have passed the CGC, that counts as 5 of the 10 tricks). |

Children & Dogs: Safety Presentations
I would love to do Dog Safety Presentations for kids at your next community event! I bring visual aids to help the kids learn how to stay safe around their dogs and neighborhood dogs as well. I can also bring my own dogs and demo tricks or agility equipment. This public service is free so please contact me about attending your next community event!
